Use of Courses: All courses and content are the property of Deborah Kiswe and Blossom with Deborah. Course content is intended for personal use only. Any other use requires written permission from Deborah Kiswe and Blossom with Deborah. These materials are exclusively for individuals registered for the course. As a registrant, you may view and read all materials in the course dashboard and print any screen or PDF file pages for personal use. However, you may not share, publish, communicate, or distribute the course content, login details, recordings, references, links, or any other materials to others. These terms apply upon registration, during the course, and after completing, withdrawing from, or terminating the course.

Refunds for Courses: All course sales are final.
Effective Period: Once you join a course, you receive lifetime access. However, if policies are abused, registrants may be removed from the course at any time.
The services provided by Deborah Kiswe are generally conducted via Google Meet or MS Teams. 1:1 coaching is a partnership aimed at developing the client’s awareness, thinking, and abilities to help them identify and achieve their goals. Deborah will be direct and honest in coaching conversations and encourages clients to do the same. The success of the coaching depends on the client’s commitment and openness to the process. If the client feels that coaching is not meeting their needs, they agree to communicate this to the coach. Please note that life coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and will not replace any form of diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.
Confidentiality: Deborah Kiswe fully protects the privacy and confidentiality of communications with her clients. Deborah will not voluntarily divulge the coaching relationship without vocal or written permission from the client, unless required by law. All discussions during coaching sessions will remain private and will not be shared outside the call. Coaching sessions are a safe and trusted space to open up, learn, and grow with Deborah.
Coaching Sessions: At the scheduled appointment time, the client agrees to join the call and begin the session. Both the coach and the client commit to start and finish each session on time. If the client is more than 15 minutes late for a session, it will be assumed canceled, and the client will receive a 40% discount off the next session or a $20 charge if a package was purchased. All sales are final, with no refunds.
Cancellations & Reschedules: All sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If a session is not rescheduled or canceled within this time frame, a 40% discount off the next session or a $20 charge per sessions missed will be applied if a package was purchased. All sales are final, with no refunds.
